Ss21 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ss21 platform by all users who access our website and services. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any part of the Platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to updates from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing or using the ss21 platform ("Platform"), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
The ss21 Platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ss21 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and ss21 ("Platform" or "we"). Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of the ss21 Platform, users are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activity that occurs under their account. ss21 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and changing it regularly. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ss21 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use that occurred prior to the report being received.
Account verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Users must submit a valid proof of identity such as a national ID or passport, along with proof of current address. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The Platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Provide accurate information during registration and KYC
- Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Do not engage in any fraud or game manipulation
- Report any technical issues or suspicious activity to the support team
Prohibited Activities
Use of the Platform for any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Use of automated software, bots or other tools to manipulate games
- Colluding with other users to exploit the system
- Money laundering through the Platform
- Providing false information during registration or KYC
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions (MYR)
All transactions on the ss21 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the Platform, including FPX, TNG eWallet and GrabPay. The Platform does not accept foreign currency payments unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the account holder name on their bank account or digital wallet matches the name registered with ss21. Name mismatches may cause transaction delays or rejections. ss21 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify ownership of the payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified through KYC. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen payment method and verification requirements. ss21 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing.
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by ss21. Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Ss21 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The Platform is provided "as is" and ss21 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ss21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the Platform's discretion for security reasons. Users may contact the support team to appeal a suspension decision.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss21 Platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software and games — is the property of ss21 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ss21.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ss21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party websites. Access to such links is at the user's own risk.
Ss21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform, and users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
